Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RYNYX, a web service operated by Onyx Monarch LLC ("Onyx Monarch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using RYNYX you agree to them.
1. The service
RYNYX helps TikTok Shop affiliate creators audit their affiliate earnings from the orders reports they import, track brand agreements and the content delivered for them, and, if they connect their TikTok account, see their videos' performance. Some features use AI (see the Privacy Policy).
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. If you invite team members or connect with a manager, you are responsible for what you share with them.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Plans renew until cancelled. [Refund and cancellation terms — to be confirmed]
4. Your data and content
You keep ownership of the data and files you add to RYNYX. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including agreements and messages with brands.
5. TikTok
RYNYX is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. Connecting your TikTok account is optional; your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which revokes RYNYX's access and deletes the stored tokens.
6. AI and advice
Findings, suggestions and figures produced by RYNYX, including by AI, are informational. They may contain errors and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Check important figures against your TikTok and brand records before acting on them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse RYNYX: no unlawful use, uploading others' data without the right to do so, attempting to access other accounts, interfering with the service, or reverse engineering it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep RYNYX available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; we will notify you of material changes to these terms in the app.
9. Termination
You can stop using RYNYX and request deletion of your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. After termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
RYNYX is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Onyx Monarch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. [Governing law and venue — to be confirmed]
