Privacy Policy
RYNYX is a web service for TikTok Shop affiliate creators that audits their affiliate earnings and tracks their brand deals. RYNYX is operated by Onyx Monarch LLC ("Onyx Monarch", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information — your name, email address and sign-in details when you create an account (including when you sign in with Google).
- Billing information — your subscription plan and payment status. Card details are entered with and held by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Orders reports you upload — the TikTok Shop affiliate orders report (CSV) you export from TikTok and import into RYNYX: order and product identifiers, product names, shop names, the content (video) identifier linked to each order, quantities, sales amounts, commission rates and amounts, settlement status and dates.
- Agreements and files — the brand agreements you record (brands, terms, payments, contacts, notes, messages you paste) and files you upload, such as contracts, screenshots and videos used as proof.
- Support messages — what you send us through Support.
Information from TikTok, with your permission
If you connect your TikTok account, TikTok asks you to authorize RYNYX. With your authorization we receive only:
- Basic profile (
user.info.basic) — your TikTok account identifier, display name and avatar, so we can show which account is connected. - Your public videos (
video.list) — the list of your own public videos with their titles, descriptions, links, cover images, posting dates and view, like, comment and share counts.
We do not post to TikTok, read your messages or access anyone else's data. The access tokens TikTok issues are stored encrypted in Google Cloud Secret Manager.
Information collected automatically
Technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as request logs, IP address and browser type.
2. How we use information
- To provide RYNYX: auditing your earnings by brand and product, tracking agreements and the content delivered for them, showing your video performance, and sending you notifications about issues we find.
- To provide support, including by Onyx Monarch staff who may view your account to help you. Every staff view of an account is logged.
- To bill your subscription, keep the service secure and comply with law.
We use information obtained from TikTok only to provide the features you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or combine it to build profiles of anyone.
3. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence provided by OpenAI through its API:
- AI review of your earnings and agreements (on unless you turn it off): summaries of your imported earnings and your agreements are sent to OpenAI to find issues such as late payments or commission below an agreed rate. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & AI.
- AI features that use your TikTok data (off unless you turn it on): creative suggestions and video transcription send your video titles, statistics or audio to OpenAI. These run only if you turn on "Include my TikTok data in AI features" in Settings → Privacy & AI.
OpenAI processes this data to provide the service to us. Under OpenAI's API terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default.
4. How we share information
- Service providers who process data for us: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, file storage, sign-in), OpenAI (AI features above) and Stripe (payments).
- What you choose to share — videos you make visible on your public RYNYX shop page, and reports you share with a manager you connect with in Team.
- Legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
- Imported orders are kept until you clear them (Dashboard → Clear imported data) or delete your account.
- TikTok connection — when you disconnect in Settings we revoke our access with TikTok and delete the stored tokens immediately. The videos we synced are deleted then if you choose, and otherwise automatically 30 days after you disconnect. You can also remove RYNYX from TikTok's "Manage app permissions" page.
- Agreements, files and notifications are kept until you delete them or your account.
- Account deletion — you can request deletion in Settings. We delete your account and its data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud. TikTok tokens are kept in Secret Manager, separate from other data. Each account's data is isolated from other accounts, staff access is limited to people who need it and is logged, and we follow an incident-response process that includes notifying affected users and TikTok where required.
7. Your choices and rights
- See, correct or delete your information, and download your earnings audit as CSV (Audit → Export CSV).
- Turn AI features on or off in Settings → Privacy & AI.
- Disconnect TikTok at any time in Settings.
- Request account deletion in Settings.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
RYNYX is for businesses and creators aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
9. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above; for material changes we will notify you in the app.
